Events Manager
Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Mass Communications or equivalent.

Responsibilities
-
Liaise with organizers and planners for site arrangement and requirements.

Liaise with visitation department of Museum CAMI to manage all pre-event planning, event schedule, execution of event and wrapping up the event until done.

Ensure efficiency or event related budget through detailed cost review and effective negotiation.

Report and keeps up dated files on event or group booking matters.
-
Research suppliers and contractors, and then negotiate prices and hire.
-
Supervise event organizers/third parties and work with internal creative team and relevant internal stakeholders/ teams.
-
Work closely to operations team to facilitate service agreed upon and to ensure the overall success of the event. organize facilities for car parking, traffic control, security, first aid, hospitality and the media.

Corporate Sponsorship
Requirements

Responsibilities
-
Develops research to identify potential partners for sponsorship of special exhibitions and events.
-
Stewards relationships, maintains, and expands professional contacts with corporate sponsorship and grant-making officer.

Monitors proposal deadlines, develops, writes, and presents highly competitive, compelling corporate sponsorship proposals, grant applications, and renewals.
-
Assists in the determination of appropriate sponsorship benefits and recognition, coordinating delivery of benefits and providing excellent stewardship to all corporate partners.

Coordinates appropriate follow-up with funders and monitors tracking systems for proposals, reports, and grant renewals.
-
Collaborates with the Museum's executive, curatorial, event, educational, marketing, publications, and finance offices to fulfil corporate giving goals and partnerships.

Manages all corporate grant and sponsorship administration among various museum departments, including timely and regular in-house and external reporting.

Works with development staff and the director to identify and cultivate corporate contacts.

Individual Donors
Requirements

Maintaining and updating the donor area of our CRM.

Dealing with donor enquiries, and implementing ongoing systems for renewal and retention.

Maintains databases, runs monthly reports, runs queries when needed, and creates mailing lists as needed.

Works with other teams to develop marketing campaigns to increase retention and improving donor engagement through a range of avenues.

Writes newsletters and other patron-focussed correspondence.

Designing and implementing donor events and activities.

Answers questions, provides research, fulfil website requests, and manages any specific needs of members.

Recruits and manages volunteers and interns for events and donor activities.

Curator of Education & Public Programs
Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Education/Teaching/Training or equivalent

Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English

At least 7 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Education or equivalent

Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa and English • Strong organization and project management skills

Broad knowledge of the arts and education fields

Ability to develop curriculum, education materials, and to create age propriate learning experiences

Ability to maintain meaningful relationships with area schools and community organizations

Ability to select, train and supervise education department staff
Responsibilities
-
Works with the education team to develop educational and public programs suitable for children, youth and adults, from general audiences, school children and specialist interest groups, as adjuncts to exhibitions

Develops gallery guides and catalogues, education program materials, including training manuals and curriculum materials related to education programs
-
Responsible for developing and implementing a calendar of events, including general coordination, budget preparation, identifying staffing needs and providing staff/volunteer oversight, and logistics

Coordinates the production of education program materials, including gallery guides, training manuals and curriculum materials
-
Prepares and justifies annual budget requests for the Education Department and monitors expenditures

Conducts tours of exhibitions

Identifies potential institutional partners or funding sources for education programs, works with other departments including the Development team to produce program-specific requests for funding

Participates in the evaluation of Education Programs and audience development activities

Requirements

Responsibilities

Gallery sitting and Cloakroom attending on a roaster schedule

To handle museum transactions, reporting and submitting cash

To have exceptional standards of personal and customer service

To answer questions for visitors on site

To work alongside colleagues and volunteers and have a flexible approach in operation of the Museum floor

To comply with the Museum's Health & Safety policy set out to ensure the safety of the colections and welfare of visitors, staff and volunteers

To assist with the Museum's management and at the Museum events
